The Wikipedia takes the position that the idea of Big Pharma being a de facto conspiracy is wrong. It puts its position under the Big Pharma Conspiracy Theory. They are right about the money aspect and wrong about pretty much everything else. Ron Unz writing about Opiates under the title Our Public Health Problems tells us about the Sackler Family killing hundreds of thousands & making billions. But they have been noticed, investigated, exposed. This is why Jews Selling Addictive Opiates Pay $8.3 Billion To Stay Out Of Prison. That was for marketing Oxycontin, an addictive pain killer.
Ron's article also mentions AIDS and Inventing the AIDS Virus. Researching the presumed connection between AIDS and HIV kept lots of scientists off the dole queue at a cost of billions. One very successful example is Doctor Fauci. He is still at it, working the Covid-19 problem for all it is worth and making a mess of it.
Ron also mentions The Forgotten Vioxx Disaster. People died while the rich got richer.
