Streets scenes from Orleans in the aftermath are not very reassuring. Order is being restored the hard way. Once the enemy withdraw it will become increasingly difficult to find them. It will turn out that they are respectable, they are victims, they have rights and there will be crooked lawyers willing to abuse the system and try for compensation. Men who served in Ireland will find it all very familiar, too familiar and they will have views about whether these soldiers look competent. But to be fair there have not been any air strikes reported - yet.
Would you want to live there? There have to be
