The title sounds good. That is far as it goes. Of course there are the people employed to do things. They sit in offices, talk, drink tea and............ that is about it. Well maybe they tick a few boxes. Do they protect children from Pakistani Perverts? Certainly not; they are not Racists. Anyway the victims were English working class plebeian scum. Nobody cares about them after all.
